Date: December 11th, 2021
Location: 100 Maple Hill Road, Gladwyne, Pa
Commencing: Festivities will start at 6:00 PM, those with children are encouraged to arrive promptly at that time. Those who plan on staying later please arrive by 7:00 PM.
Children: Please include your children! Parents who are concerned they won’t be able to enjoy themselves if their little one’s attend, don’t fret, as we will have supervised activities for kids of all ages and those of us that still act like kids to enjoy. Please make sure your children have hat and gloves, as some activities will be outside. Parents feel free to coordinate transportation for your children if you would like to stay past your kids bed time.
Attire: This is a dress to impress event. Whether it’s that one of kind dress you haven’t had an event to wear it to, your most knocked-out sport coat that hasn’t seen the light of day for the last two years, or your three-piece suit patterned with Christmas wreaths and snowflakes; now’s the time to bring it out!
Ending: Until the Christmas cheer stops flowing or Santa threatens to put us on the naughty list.
Transportation:
If by car, valet will be available, but rideshare or car service is strongly encouraged.
If by foot, that’s a bad idea. They call it Maple Hill but it’s more like a mini mountain.
If by Sleigh and Reindeer check with air traffic control and make sure the sleigh is filled with presents!

The hotel is located 4.2 miles from Maple Hill. There will be a shuttle from the hotel departing the hotel at 6:00 PM, 6:25 PM, and 6:50 PM
